NO_COMBINED_PAYMENT
The seller does not allow combined payments. Each line item must be paid for separately.
DISCOUNT_SPECIFIED
The seller requires full payment for all line items before a combined invoice can be issued.
SPECIFY_DISCOUNT_LATER
he seller allows combined payments but specifies any shipping or handling discounts after the purchase.
