I am specifying RestockingFeeValueOption in the AddFixedPriceItem request but neither GetItem api nor ViewItem page is showing it. Why ?

In order to apply RestockingFeeValueOption to the listing, the account has to enable “eBay’s return process” by going to site preferences page.
In order to do so, login to your account and then go to My eBay->Account->Site Preferences->Return Preference. Click on 'Edit' and the setting for ' Do you want to use eBay’s return process?' should be set to 'YES'.
Once the above is successfully done, you should now be able to apply RestockingFeeValueOption to the listing.
